Poor Service in Lexington

I have an ongoing problem with a Meijer store in Lexington, KY. It started with an out of stock advertised item (orange juice), there refusal to give a rain check for the desired quantity, and also an over scan on another item… their small print disclaimer on the back of their weekly flyer is also not sufficient.

To make a long story short, Kentucky does NOT have any scanning laws, and Meijer has been very poor at their customer service, from the store director on down.

I have filed a complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General, but don’t expect much…however, I plan to take Meijer to task.

I will shop more often at Wal-Mart, and encourage others to do the same unless Meijer gets its act together and decides they need to be more competitive, consumer friendly, and basically improve their sorry attitude.
