Customer Driven to Revenge

ARRRHHHH!

I have had enough of this Meijer crap and I’m prepared to fight back. I’m damn sick of them picking my pockets while I’m in their stores; from now on it’s urine in the returned cans; tacks dipped in dung for the managers coffee break rest area benches; strings across the isles and tied to the wine bottles; and carts full of perishable groceries left in the check out lanes.

The directors and CEO’s are evil spirited vermin, they have actually proclaimed war on their customers tagging us with names like evil customers, second class customers, serial refunders, their frigen computers actually keep track of customers who make 3-refund requests in a one-month period with no-regard for the other 700-items you purchased during that same month.

With this kind of management leading the corporation it just sets the pace for all their employees to start taking out the hate they have for their crummy jobs on their customers, Meijer is definitely going the way of K-Mart in the 70s and 80s.

  1. Retail Bandit says:

    Dear Chuck,

I can certainly understand your frustration. However, Off The Shelf does not condone retaliative behavior. While in the short term it might relieve some of your frustration, why allow Meijer the pleasure of allowing them to prosecute you for unlawful actions?

You’ve done the right thing by writing Off The Shelf and getting your hard feelings off your chest. Not only that but you have done a great service by warning others of Meijer’s ill-regard for their “valued customers”.

By taking your hard earned cash to stores who appreciate your business, you will be making a statement where it hits hardest, their wallet.

Thank you for sharing, I would love to hear how you became aware of the nicknames Meijer employees have branded customers with. Do tell…
