I’m so glad you were able to get your money refunded. When I read that the tags did not match the backpack you purchased, I was afraid they were going to refuse you.

As for the sales clerk, I swear I don’t know where they get these people. It should have been obvious by the receipt that you had only purchased two items.

I’m still shaking my head over this one.

We purchase a lot of things online these days because shopping can be such a hassle.

So, far we’ve had good luck with our online purchases, which have been mostly from Amazon because I trust them and they have a good return policy. I do appreciate the free shipping on most items over $25. Amazingly enough they now carry grocery items, though I have yet to buy my groceries online, I just might try it.
