Kohl’s Big Sale
Posted: 2006-10-28. Categories: Carter's, Michigan

I recently shopped during one of Kohl’s big sales and purchased an infant outfit from Carter’s that was priced $15.00.

The sign above the Carter’s clothing said all Carter’s infant were 55% off.

Well, when I got home I noticed that the $15.00 outfit rang up for $8.99, not the $6.75 that the 55% off would be. The $8.99 price is close to 40% off but not the exact price, so I’m not sure where they came up with this price.

I have not gone back to see if I will get the Michigan Bounty or not, but am planning to just as soon as I hear back from you on this.

This is not a scanner error, this was an employee error and is not covered under the Michigan Scanner Law.

There is a huge section of this site, on the Michigan Scanner Law, where the exact wording of the law is included. Please check there in the future, when you have questions regarding the Michigan scanner law.

It is 6:15 a.m., I am back from shopping empty handed.

I was at the Setauket, N.Y. Store, the fifth person line waiting to get in to the store when they opened, only to find it a waste of my time.

The advertised items were unavailable: The Leap Frog Explorer Globe, the $59 guitar, Hero, the dvd player for $49.

I came home and tore up my charge card for your store. I have shopped in Kohls for my adults and my 7 grandchildren since the store opened. Most of my shopping has been cash purchases on Senior Wednesday sale days. I will miss Kohls.
