Remind me never to eat at Arby's in Dearborn, MI. I've never heard of such a terrible display of "customer service."

When you called Arby's corporate office did you demand to speak to a supervisor? Most often, calls are routed through a receptionist and I think they are trained to get rid of as many calls as possible.

You may want to consider logging a complain with the Attorney General's office in your state.

I'm sorry to hear about their attempted assault. I would have been terrified at the prospect. I swear I don't know where they find these employees.
