Breathing Issues?

If you have breathing issues, you are not alone. Since the spraying of the skies have been stepped up, the air quality has gotten worse.  Without oxygen, we die, plain and simple. Don’t be tricked into buying over the counter drugs or going to the doctor. You can do a lot to help your situation. Be proactive, instead of waiting for a problem.

Here are a few tips that our family uses to keep healthy.

  • Plants. There are many plants that are beneficial for the air inside your home. “Indoor air pollutants have been ranked among the top five environmental risks to public health: Stagnant indoor environments allow pollutants to build up and stick around in greater amounts than we humans should be breathing in. Living and working in places rife with air contaminants and lacking decent ventilation can cause “sick building syndrome,”
  • Lemons. Put a sliced lemon next to your bed at night. “How might one create such a thing, you ask? Easy! All you’ve gotta do is grab a lemon, slice it into quarters and sprinkle some salt on it.”
  • Essential oils. “Think of all that exhaled air you’re re-breathing – the need to purify, cleanse and refresh the atmosphere around you becomes critical. Fortunately, you can do so easily with essential oils.”
  • Candles. Buy only beeswax candles with a cotton wick. “Look out for aromatherapy candles made of paraffin—a petroleum byproduct—which releases carcinogenic soot when burned. The soot can also cause respiratory problems and will aggravate the conditions of those who already have asthma, lung, or heart problems.”
  • Immune system. Boost your immune system. “The immune system is an interactive network of organs, cells and proteins that protect the body from viruses and bacteria or any foreign substances. The immune system works to neutralize and remove pathogens like bacteria, viruses, parasites or fungi that enter the body, recognize and neutralize harmful substances from the environment, and fight against the body’s own cells that have changes due to an illness.”

As far as Chiropractic goes.  I’ve been to probably 50 Chiropractors and all adjust a little differently and all have a speciality.  If you don’t see results, don’t be afraid to ask your friends.  It’s worth it when you find one that is good for you.  I had an adjustment once that opened up my lungs and I could breath like never before. It was an amazing experience.
